Amasa Back 6.5 miler 54ish minutes, course record holder

Short-Term Running Goals:

 Time to change up the goals.

run the Mas 50 in Moab, Sept 2012. Have a fun, strong race.

Also run Chris's other races, the Red Hot and keep my record in the Amasa Back

  Tri a Tri, xterra style

lately I want to try some xterra triathlon races.

Personal:

I'm a mt. bike guide in Moab, UT at Rim Tours and I dream of running a lot of the rides I do. I believe i can run Slickrock faster then i can ride it along with some of the other rides I do.  Sometimes, I get to take my boyfriends dog, Juancito out on trail. he is a pretty cool running partner.

Just got back from rafting the Colorado river through the Grand Canyon. I haven't moved my legs in 25 days, gained 17 lbs in 3 weeks and had my first glimps of myself in a mirror.

So while I had an amazing time on the river, i see a lot of work ahead of me.  I want to feel light and energetic instead of slothlike and craving chocolate to help with my unstatified mood. I want to be able to call myself a runner and have people believe me.

To start I'm in the hotel gym, slogging on the treadmill while it snows a boatload in flagstaff.
