Personal:

I'm a mt. bike guide in Moab, UT at Rim Tours and I dream of running a lot of the rides I do. I believe i can run Slickrock faster then i can ride it along with some of the other rides I do.  Sometimes, I get to take my boyfriends dog, Juancito out on trail. he is a pretty cool running partner.

OK, so has been awhile since I posted and I'm back.  This run was up on fisher mesa in Moab Utah. It is a 9 mile out and back on single track, loosing elevation on the way out and then climbing back in. The elevation isn't that bad however it starts at 7,000ft or so. I must be really out of shape because I ended up walking the whole way back. Or lacking in some major motivation. It was also very hot and I knew it would be cause I live in hot. Sooo this run/hike took over 2 hours. Oh did I mention I have a free comp to a 50 mile race in Sept. and I need to get my act together and start training now. Wondering if getting a running coach will help or not. Ahhh I love running don't know why it is soo hard these last few months.

only walked about 30 minutes down mill creek with the jondog. I did a yoga class earlier in the day that kicked my butt. Learned a new pose :)
